The following documents are required for German visa applications from Pakistan:

  • For Short-stay visa application, the form must be signed by the applicant. In the case of minors, parents can sign the form.
  • Two recent photographs of the applicant with a white background, following photograph specifications, must be submitted with the application form.
  • Accommodation proof, which includes a confirmed hotel reservation, rent agreement with the applicant’s name on it, and the time period of rental stay with clearly mentioned dates, along with a valid and authentic address stating the entire trip plan in accordance with the reservation, is mandatory to provide.
  • A letter signed by the applicant’s company/employer, stating salary, employment duration, authentic contact info, including phone number and address. The letter should also mention the duration of the visit to the Schengen state or Germany.
  • Students must submit an originally signed letter by the university/college/school or any institution in which they are currently enrolled.
  • Supporting documents that provide personal income details, including the last six months’ original bank statements, National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years, and proof of income tax payment provided by FBR, along with the salary slips of the last three months.
  • In the case of an applicant who is applying for the visa and is the owner of a company, the last six months’ original bank statements, National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years, proof of income tax payment provided by FBR, and the salary slips of the last three months must be attached.
  • A copy of the Germany flight booking must be attached.
  • The passport must have at least two empty pages. If the applicant has previous visiting/traveling experience, they must bring their previous passports, which will be attached to application copies on A4 size paper.
  • A photocopy of the national ID card/CNIC is also required. In case the applicant has lost any previous passport, they must bring a police report stating that the passport has been lost by the candidate.
  • If the Embassy or High Commission refused to give the applicant a passport, a written explanation about the reason for the trip and a refusal letter must be attached.
  • Original and photocopy of Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA.
  • In case children under 18 years are traveling with a single parent, a written agreement from the other parent is required, along with the photocopy of CNIC.
